Ruduce till 6dl (great for garnishing plates or salad)

Hi Chefs! I created this blog to the DCT Summer term of 2008. We spent a good time together and I though will be great if we now share what are we doing, what are we learning and favorite recipes. You all know how important is to keep updated in cooking and this is a good oportunity to share and learn new techniques and recipes. This is also a way to keep us in touch.
